Hannah will be present at 1:30pm.

Hannah has expressed that she does not like when we have these meetings without her and asked what we talk about. She does not like the fact that she is not in control.

The group home reiterated that she cannot stay once she turns 19.

She has stomach issues and needs to go to a gastro doctor and wants to seek attention for acid reflux. She said she went to the clinic at school.

We are discussing her scores from the CANS survey done by Elizabeth.

There are no crisis events at New Beginners. The only issue is her going out with her mentor Tichina at 3pm and coming back at 9:30 or 10pm (the curfew is 9pm).

She spent some time with Chris but it was supervised with Chris's mom and Tichina. She told Karen H that she came back at 8pm which was not true. She does not like to follow rules if she doesn't like them.

She tried to dye her hair and she ruined the floors and made a mess.

Hannah has joined the meeting. She said she has issues with the staff. She says they are making up something out of a small detail about her coming back home late. She is contradicting herself about being late and going in circles with her story. She is visibly upset and crying.

Hannah is asking if the team can help cover their picnic/senior dinner dates. She is asking if she can dye her hair burgundy, and if she can have dinner with Chris and his family at his house.

Hannah's speech pathologist Maureen Henson is updating the team that she needs community service hours to graduate. She just moved and needs help unpacking boxes and is asking the team for permission.

Before Hannah got off the call she told the team she is very hurt and nobody can recognize it. After Hannah left, Braden noted that she feels like we keep bringing up the past and do not recognize that she is trying to change.
