Hannah is currently with Braden in the room on the call.

Hannah says Holly has not responded to any emails. She’s at Lifehouse and is going to be Hannah’s case manager once she gets in semi independent living.

Hannah says she wants to be close to her job in Kenwood. There is a house management on site. They will meet with her every Monday to make sure her meds are set up. Some of her meds have turned into injections instead of a pill. There is a waitlist and a potential date has not been set yet. They are waiting to see which apartment will be open.

The team prefers to stay within Lifehouse because they are “nicer”. They keep the apartments nice and takes care of things fast like spraying bed bugs. It will make a smoother transition.

Somewhere between now and 40 days Hannah will be in her own apartment. She is excited about decorating it the way she wants it.

She’s going to cook vegan food.

Hannah has been more involved at Found Village and attended a comedy show with improv. She is going to a haunted house next week. It’s a theme park called Land of Illusion.

Hannah says it would be more helpful now to have a mentor because she would be living on her own. She wants to create a new relationship and learn some skills. She wants to be different and change and start fresh. She probably will not be with Chris anymore because she is having issues with him. She wants to stop following LGBTQ and move on because they are just influencers. I told them she is still on a waitlist and to let me know where she ends up being located so we can better match her with a new mentor.

Hannah’s autism assessment is scheduled for October 5 at 11am.
